Multipal ssite changes.

Due to the fact that PwnMS is no more, I have decided to not let this website go to waste. There is some new features and forums now.

~New features so far~
`VIP`
To become a VIP you must have at least 100 posts and be active a lot.
A VIP is similar to a MOD just without the banning and being able to move topics, they can use special messages though. It should be a honor to be a VIP, Treat being a VIP just as you would being a MOD.

`SUPER VIP`
A super VIP must have at lease 200 posts. A super VIP will have the same privileges as a MOD.

`Animal Crossing Community`
If you have come her from animal crossing community, please join the group labeled Animal Crossing Community. To do this I need your ACC profile link. this may take a few days to confirm as I will be sending Private threads to the links you game me. I will be doing this well.... to confirm you are the real person.

ADDITION~~~
Reports are now in effect, If you see something that is Inappropriate against the forum rules, Click the exclamation above the post to report it to a MOD, SUPER VIP, and Me, the ADMIN.

lol...don't you think that this will just make people make dumb post? just for the post to get it? also what if someone gets 200 then abuses? do they get it removed?

Well people who post junk wont be a VIP, and if they abuse, then I will ban their asses!
